Reserved 2 queens and they gave us a junior sweet (king with a pull out). Pull out was flat and you could feel the spring. No sleep for the boys. Went to the front desk and said I reserved 2 queen room and they said they were fully booked. So, we were stuck with the springy flat pull out. Disgraceful.

We were her for a cheer competition. The hotel staff made arrangements for the breakfast to open a little early to accommodate our team having to leave a bit earlier than when they were set to open allowing our team to get a quick bite before heading out to our event.

I got the room but never was able to make it back to stay. So I rented the room and I never got to sleep there. I got held up at work so I was not able to enjoy the room. The only thing I did was check in walk to the room opened the door to make sure the room key worked and left. Was never able to make it back.

room was comfy and had more than we needed for one quick overnight. a longer stay would have allowed us to take advantage of breakfast bar and other amenities. the desk staff was friendly and efficient and the shuttle drivers were exceptional.

Our stay was fantastic! The breakfast is excellent and the staff that worked this weekend were the best. The lady that was working in the breakfast dinning room was the most welcoming, hardworking, compassionate and friendly person I have met in the hospitality industry. She went above and beyond to make our mornings special. I would recommend 1000%.
