"Very Good"
We stayed twice at your hotel during this trip. First, we flew into Buffalo Airport and had reserved your hotel in advance. Then on our return to Buffalo at the end of our trip, we stayed again at your hotel. The breakfast the first time we stayed was excellent! There was a woman who was in charge and she was on top of everything! All the breakfast items were in stock and she kept everything very clean. Then, when we stayed at the end of our trip, a man was in charge of the breakfast area. It was pitiful. There was hardly anything available to eat and he seemed to care less.

The attraction to this hotel was the shuttle however, the shuttle was down and had to rent a rent car. Like the breakfast option, little choices but was OK.

The location is between the stadium and Niagra Falls. Breakfast was good. The lady working in the room was so lovely. The hot tub was nice, but too much chlorine. Check-in was easy.

Everything about our stay! Location and ease of getting to and from. Restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart and more in close proximity. Hotel is directly across from Buffalo international Airport. Breakfast both days were great and full of choices. Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff at every level was friendly and accommodating. I would not hesitate to book here again. We are primarily a Holiday Inn family and this was one of our favorite stays.

The location was perfect, right across the street from the airport. The lobby was very nice, and the breakfast was the usual Holiday Inn Express fare (yay cinnamon rolls!). All of the staff we interacted with were very nice.

The breakfast was very basic didn’t have No alternative if you didn’t eat pork didn’t have a waffle maker all hotels usually have a waffle maker i was very sad about that
